Terms and Conditions: Gesundheit Medical Travel ApS Educational Trip

By purchasing an educational trip from Gesundheit Medical Travel ApS , you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment: Customers must book their educational trip through Gesundheit Medical Travel’s official channels and make full payment at the time of booking.
2. Trip Details: Gesundheit Medical Travel ApS will provide Customers with detailed information about the educational trip, including itinerary, accommodation, and activities.
3. Non-Refundable: All payments made for the educational trip are non-refundable. Once the booking is confirmed and payment is received, Customers are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, change in plans, or inability to attend.
4. Changes and Cancellations: Gesundheit Medical Travel ApS reserves the right to make changes to the educational trip itinerary, accommodation, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, Gesundheit Medical Travel ApSwill make reasonable efforts to notify Customers in advance and provide suitable alternatives.
5. Non-Transferable: Purchased educational trips are non-transferable and may not be resold or transferred to another person without prior written consent from Gesundheit Medical Travel. The booking is valid only for the Customer named in the reservation and cannot be transferred to another individual. Any attempt to transfer the trip without authorization will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.
6. Flight Details: Customers are responsible for checking and confirming their flight details, including departure times, terminal information, and any changes to the flight schedule. Gesundheit Medical Travel ApSwill provide Customers with the initial flight details upon booking; however, it is the Customers’ responsibility to stay informed about any updates or changes to their flights. Gesundheit Medical Travel ApSis not liable for any missed flights or inconvenience caused by Customers’ failure to verify their flight details.
7. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including obtaining necessary visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance. Gesundheit Medical Travel ApSis not liable for any consequences resulting from Customers’ failure to meet these requirements.
8. Reporting Deficiencies and Complaints: If you discover any deficiencies during your trip, you must immediately notify Gesundheit Medical Travel. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you should contact Gesundheit Medical Travel ApSpromptly so that we may remedy the deficiency. For emergency assistance outside of regular business hours, you can reach Gesundheit Medical Travel ApSat (+45) 70 70 26 75. The hotline is staffed by Gesundheit Medical Travel’s English-speaking personnel. Failure to report deficiencies in the manner described above may affect your subsequent right to claim the deficiency and your entitlement to compensation.
9. Liability: Gesundheit Medical Travel ApSis not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by Customers during the educational trip, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Gesundheit Medical Travel.
10. Intellectual Property: Customers agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any materials provided by Gesundheit Medical Travel ApSduring the educational trip for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

By booking an educational trip with Gesundheit Medical Travel, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
